The Crucifixion Story
Yeshua's Death and Resurrection | Your Eternal Life
The Crucifixion: the symbol that is the Roman stake, or Latin cross, is the Christian's symbol of truth and hope. It is where the love of God gave us grace and mercy, in that while we were still sinners, Yahweh loved the world so much that He offered up Yeshua to take our place in torment, punishment, and death (John 3:16)... so that we may accept this grace, believing in Yeshua and on His name. Confessing our sin to Him so that we can be rid of the reward for sin (death), and be accepted and adopted into the house of Yahweh through faith and belief. Made His children, going home to His dwelling place in the heavens where we truly belong.
Scripture records that Yeshua was unrecognisable after the beatings.
The following is a safe rendition of the crucifixion.
Currently, no truly accurate account of Yeshua's suffering exists.

The Crucifixion Prophecised | Old Testament
Psalm 22:9-21 (TLB)
9-11 Lord, how you have helped me before! You took me safely from my mother’s womb and brought me through the years of infancy. I have depended upon you since birth; you have always been my God. Don’t leave me now, for trouble is near and no one else can possibly help.
12 I am surrounded by fearsome enemies, strong as the giant bulls from Bashan. 13 They come at me with open jaws, like roaring lions attacking their prey. 14 My strength has drained away like water, and all my bones are out of joint. My heart melts like wax; 15 my strength has dried up like sun-baked clay; my tongue sticks to my mouth, for you have laid me in the dust of death. 16 The enemy, this gang of evil men, circles me like a pack of dogs; they have pierced my hands and feet.
17 I can count every bone in my body. See these men of evil gloat and stare; 18 they divide my clothes among themselves by a toss of the dice.
19 O Lord, don’t stay away. O God my Strength, hurry to my aid. 20 Rescue me from death; spare my precious life from all these evil men. 21 Save me from these lions’ jaws and from the horns of
these wild oxen. Yes, God will answer me and rescue me.
Isaiah 53:1-12 (TLB)
53 But, oh, how few believe it! Who will listen? To whom will God reveal his saving power? 2 In God’s eyes he was like a tender green shoot, sprouting from a root in dry and sterile ground. But in our eyes there was no attractiveness at all, nothing to make us want him. 3 We despised him and rejected him—a man of sorrows, acquainted with bitterest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way when he went by. He was despised, and we didn’t care.
4 Yet it was our grief he bore, our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, for his own sins! 5 But he was wounded and bruised for our sins. He was beaten that we might have peace; he was lashed—and we were healed! 6 We—every one of us—have strayed away like sheep! We, who left God’s paths to follow our own. Yet God laid on him the guilt and sins of every one of us!
7 He was oppressed and he was afflicted, yet he never said a word. He was brought as a lamb to the slaughter; and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he stood silent before the ones condemning him. 8 From prison and trial they led him away to his death. But who among the people of that day realized it was their sins that he was dying for—that he was suffering their punishment? 9 He was buried like a criminal, but in a rich man’s grave; but he had done no wrong and had never spoken an evil word.
10 But it was the Lord’s good plan to bruise him and fill him with grief. However, when his soul has been made an offering for sin, then he shall have a multitude of children, many heirs. He shall live again, and God’s program shall prosper in his hands. 11 And when he sees all that is accomplished by the anguish of his soul, he shall be satisfied; and because of what he has experienced, my righteous Servant shall make many to be counted righteous before God, for he shall bear all their sins. 12 Therefore, I will give him the honors of one who is mighty and great because he has poured out his soul unto death. He was counted as a sinner, and he bore the sins of many, and he pled with God for sinners.
The Crucifixion Fulfilled | New Testament
John 19:20-30 (TLB)
20 The place where Jesus was crucified was near the city; and the signboard was written in Hebrew, Latin, and Greek, so that many people read it.
21 Then the chief priests said to Pilate, “Change it from ‘The King of the Jews’ to ‘He said, I am King of the Jews.’”
22 Pilate replied, “What I have written, I have written. It stays exactly as it is.”
23-24 When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they put his garments into four piles, one for each of them. But they said, “Let’s not tear up his robe,” for it was seamless. “Let’s throw dice to see who gets it.” This fulfilled the Scripture that says,
“They divided my clothes among them and cast lots for my robe.”
25 So that is what they did.
Standing near the cross were Jesus’ mother, Mary, his aunt, the wife of Cleopas, and Mary Magdalene. 26 When Jesus saw his mother standing there beside me, his close friend, he said to her, “He is your son.”
27 And to me he said, “She is your mother!” And from then on I took her into my home.
28 Jesus knew that everything was now finished, and to fulfill the Scriptures said, “I’m thirsty.” 29 A jar of sour wine was sitting there, so a sponge was soaked in it and put on a hyssop branch and held up to his lips.
30 When Jesus had tasted it, he said, “It is finished,” and bowed his head and dismissed his spirit.
For Our Sake:
The Messiah is Mocked, Humiliated,
Beaten and Lead to Death
Matthew 26:67-68 (TLB)
67 Then they spat in his face and struck him and some slapped him, 68 saying, “Prophesy to us, you Messiah! Who struck you that time?”
Mark 14:65 (TLB)
65 Then some of them began to spit at him, and they blindfolded him and began to hammer his face with their fists. “Who hit you that time, you prophet?” they jeered. And even the bailiffs were using their fists on him as they led him away.
Mark 15:16-20 (TLB)
16-17 Then the Roman soldiers took him into the barracks of the palace, called out the entire palace guard, dressed him in a purple robe, and made a crown of long, sharp thorns and put it on his head. 18 Then they saluted, yelling, “Yea! King of the Jews!” 19 And they beat him on the head with a cane, and spat on him, and went down on their knees to “worship” him. 20 When they finally tired of their sport, they took off the purple robe and put his own clothes on him again, and led him away to be crucified.
Luke 23:10-11 (TLB)
10 Meanwhile, the chief priests and the other religious leaders stood there shouting their accusations. 11 Now Herod and his soldiers began mocking and ridiculing Jesus; and putting a kingly robe on him, they sent him back to Pilate.
Matthew 27:28-32 (TLB)
28 They stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him, 29 and made a crown from long thorns and put it on his head, and placed a stick in his right hand as a scepter and knelt before him in mockery. “Hail, King of the Jews,” they yelled. 30 And they spat on him and grabbed the stick and beat him on the head with it. 31 After the mockery, they took off the robe and put his own garment on him again, and took him out to crucify him.
The Physical Brutality of the Wages of Sin
Matthew 27:26 (TLB)
"Then Pilate released Barabbas to them. And after he had whipped Jesus, he gave him to the Roman soldiers to be taken away and crucified."
Yeshua was mocked and beaten by fist by the Sanhedrin, a body of roughly 70 men strong, who were the Jewish religious authority at the time. Then Yeshua endured the leadup to Roman capital punishment--flogging. Romans used a nine-tails whip carrying sharp objects to tear open the flesh. Yeshua would likely face around 39 lashs of this under normal circumstances. Given that the Roman soldiers were under no scriptural (or prophecised) regulation, they would have flogged Yeshua into a state no human eye could recognise. As it was written...
Isaiah 52:14-15 (TLB)
" ... They shall see my Servant beaten and bloodied, so disfigured one would scarcely know it was a person standing there. So shall he cleanse many nations. ..."
The Spiritual Punishment of Bearing
Every Human Soul's Sin
1 Peter 2:24 (TLB)
24 He personally carried the load of our sins in his own body when he died on the cross so that we can be finished with sin and live a good life from now on. For his wounds have healed ours!
~
There are many Christian preachers today who teach that Jesus died spiritually. As defined by them, this concept is a false doctrine. They are saying that Jesus died on the cross then went to Hell where He finished the atoning work. This is a denial of the sufficiency of the cross.
Some say that Jesus also lost His divine nature and adopted the nature of Satan while in Hell. This denies the deity of Christ. Others teach that Jesus had to be born again. This is a denial of the holiness of Christ's nature. Whichever variation is adopted, it is still wrong. The truth is that Jesus finished the atoning work on the cross, never stopped being divine, did not suffer in Hell, and did not need to be born again.
The Truth: Yeshua took the physical and spiritual punishment for us--He completed the sacrifice on Golgotha where He states before His death, "It is finished."
Yeshua, by dying for us, took power away from Death, Hell, Satan, and Satan's angels. His work took the Keys to Hell and Death out of Lucifer's (Satan's) hands.

Revelation 1:18 (TLB)
17-18 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead; but he laid his right hand on me and said, “Don’t be afraid! Though I am the First and Last, the Living One who died, who is now alive forevermore, who has the keys of hell and death—don’t be afraid!
Ephesians 4:8-10 (TLB)
8 The psalmist tells about this, for he says that when Christ returned triumphantly to heaven after his resurrection and victory over Satan, he gave generous gifts to men. 9 Notice that it says he returned to heaven. This means that he had first come down from the heights of heaven, far down to the lowest parts of the earth. 10 The same one who came down is the one who went back up, that he might fill all things everywhere with himself, from the very lowest to the very highest.
Acts 2:22-24 (TLB)
22 “O men of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus of Nazareth by doing tremendous miracles through him, as you well know. 23 But God, following his prearranged plan, let you use the Roman government to nail him to the cross and murder him. 24 Then God released him from the horrors of death and brought him back to life again, for death could not keep this man within its grip.
After the body of Yeshua died upon Calvary He was laid in the tomb, from this point 3 days emtombed on earth. Yeshua went in spirit with the power and authority of His sacrifice to minister TO ALL SOULS imprisoned within Hell for their sin and wickedness. All those who would recieve of Eternal Life thru faith in Yeshua, were redeemed back to the Father in Heaven.
1 Peter 3:10-20 (TLB)
10 If you want a happy, good life, keep control of your tongue, and guard your lips from telling lies. 11 Turn away from evil and do good. Try to live in peace even if you must run after it to catch and hold it! 12 For the Lord is watching his children, listening to their prayers; but the Lord’s face is hard against those who do evil.
13 Usually no one will hurt you for wanting to do good. 14 But even if they should, you are to be envied, for God will reward you for it. 15 Quietly trust yourself to Christ your Lord, and if anybody asks why you believe as you do, be ready to tell him, and do it in a gentle and respectful way.
16 Do what is right; then if men speak against you, calling you evil names, they will become ashamed of themselves for falsely accusing you when you have only done what is good.
17 Remember, if God wants you to suffer, it is better to suffer for doing good than for doing wrong!
18 Christ also suffered. He died once for the sins of all us guilty sinners although he himself was innocent of any sin at any time, that he might bring us safely home to God. But though his body died, his spirit lived on, 19 and it was in the spirit that he visited the spirits in prison and preached to them— 20 spirits of those who, long before in the days of Noah, had refused to listen to God, though he waited patiently for them while Noah was building the ark. Yet only eight persons were saved from drowning in that terrible flood.
Hosea predicts that Yeshua would become the end of Death
Hosea 13:14
“O death, I will be your death; O hell, I will be your bite.”
Zechariah foretells the redeption of the fathers and the people from the underworld
Zechariah 9:10-12 (TLB)
10 I will disarm all peoples of the earth, including my people in Israel, and he shall bring peace among the nations. His realm shall stretch from sea to sea, from the river to the ends of the earth. 11 “I have delivered you from death in a waterless pit because of the covenant I made with you, sealed with blood. 12 Come to the place of safety, all you prisoners, for there is yet hope! I promise right now, I will repay you two mercies for each of your woes!
The power of the spirits of the air, spirits of darkness, and all spiritual wickedness--to accuse you, bind you or have power over you, foretold to be broken in Yeshua when He would have victory over the condemned angels of Hell.
Colossians 2:13-15 (TLB)
13 You were dead in sins, and your sinful desires were not yet cut away. Then he gave you a share in the very life of Christ, for he forgave all your sins, 14 and blotted out the charges proved against you, the list of his commandments which you had not obeyed. He took this list of sins and destroyed it by nailing it to Christ’s cross. 15 In this way God took away Satan’s power to accuse you of sin, and God openly displayed to the whole world Christ’s triumph at the cross where your sins were all taken away.
The declaration to the gates of Hell about to the stormed, that they should lift up and open that their human prisoners may be set free.
Psalm 24:7 (NIV)
7 Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.

The True Son of Yahweh | Yeshua by Description
Immanuel (God with us) is neither white or black, but is all of us
Daniel 10:6 (TLB)
5-6 I looked up, and suddenly there before me stood a person robed in linen garments, with a belt of purest gold around his waist and glowing, lustrous skin! From his face came blinding flashes like lightning, and his eyes were pools of fire; his arms and feet shone like polished brass, and his voice was like the roaring of a vast multitude of people.
Daniel 10:5-6 (KJV)
5 Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Uphaz: 6 His body also was like the beryl, and his face as the appearance of lightning, and his eyes as lamps of fire, and his arms and his feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of his words like the voice of a multitude.
Revelation 1:13-15 (TLB)
13 And standing among them was one who looked like Jesus, who called himself the Son of Man, wearing a long robe circled with a golden band across his chest. 14 His hair was white as wool or snow, and his eyes penetrated like flames of fire. 15 His feet gleamed like burnished bronze, and his voice thundered like the waves against the shore.

The Lost Lack the Knowledge:
They Will Believe and Follow Anything
Biblical Description of The Beast (Antichrist)
2 Corinthians 11:4 (TLB)
4 You seem so gullible: you believe whatever anyone tells you even if he is preaching about another Jesus than the one we preach, or a different spirit than the Holy Spirit you received, or shows you a different way to be saved. You swallow it all.
Revelation 13:14-17 (TLB)
14 By doing these miracles, he was deceiving people everywhere. He could do these marvelous things whenever the first Creature was there to watch him. And he ordered the people of the world to make a great statue of the first Creature, who was fatally wounded and then came back to life. 15 He was permitted to give breath to this statue and even make it speak! Then the statue ordered that anyone refusing to worship it must die!
16 He required everyone—great and small, rich and poor, slave and free—to be tattooed with a certain mark on the right hand or on the forehead. 17 And no one could get a job or even buy in any store without the permit of that mark, which was either the name of the Creature or the code number of his name, 666.

Mary also awaits the Return of Yeshua
There is No "God the Mother"
The Team does not endorse the worship of Mary as the "Queen of Heaven" - Mary is to be remembered with honor as the woman who birthed the King of kings. She is in a grave, awaiting the Redeemer.
Yeshua came in FULFILLMENT of the law, NOT to abolish it.
Exodus 20:4-6 (TLB)
4 “You shall not make yourselves any idols: no images of animals, birds, or fish. 5 You must never bow or worship it in any way; for I, the Lord your God, am very possessive. I will not share your affection with any other god!
Leviticus 26:1 (TLB)
26 “You must have no idols; you must never worship carved images, obelisks, or shaped stones, for I am the Lord your God.
Mary is to be honored before God,
never made an icon or idol of worship!
Luke 1:28-45 (TLB)
28 Gabriel appeared to her and said, “Greetings, favored woman! The Lord is with you!” 29 Confused and disturbed, Mary tried to think what the angel could mean. 30 “Don’t be afraid, Mary,” the angel told her, “for you have found favor with God!
31 You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you will name him Jesus. 32 He will be very great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his ancestor David. 33 And he will reign over Israel forever; his Kingdom will never end!”
34 Mary asked the angel, “But how can this happen? I am a virgin.”
35 The angel replied, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby to be born will be holy, and he will be called the Son of God. 36 What’s more, your relative Elizabeth has become pregnant in her old age! People used to say she was barren, but she has conceived a son and is now in her sixth month. 37 For the word of God will never fail.”
38 Mary responded, “I am the Lord’s servant. May everything you have said about me come true.” And then the angel left her.
39 A few days later Mary hurried to the hill country of Judea, to the town 40 where Zechariah lived. She entered the house and greeted Elizabeth. 41 At the sound of Mary’s greeting, Elizabeth’s child leaped within her, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.
42 Elizabeth gave a glad cry and exclaimed to Mary, “God has blessed you above all women, and your child is blessed. 43 Why am I so honored, that the mother of my Lord should visit me? 44 When I heard your greeting, the baby in my womb jumped for joy. 45 You are blessed because you believed that the Lord would do what he said.”
